Design and Development

In our design department, creativity rules, whether the work is in-house or for one of our clients. We have set up the ideal environment for developing, testing, maturing and implementing our clients’ ideas.

CLOTHING AT THE TOP OF ITS GAME

We produce a wide range of garments in such structures as: Piquet, jersey, jacquard, interlock, rib, fleece, terry and more.

These are the natural, organic and recycled fibres that we use, on their own or in mixtures: Wool, cashmere, merino, cotton, organic and/or recycled cotton, silk, milk, hemp, warp, paper, lyocell, seacell and active seacell, viscose, ecovero viscose, polyamide, polyester and recycled polyester, among others.

Our range of finishes includes carbon emery, carda, antibacterial, anti-odour, antiperspirant, anti-uv, water repelling, temperature regulating, aloe vera and many others.

We offer the very best fabrics for our clients' collections, carefully selected to enhance the positioning of each fashion brand. We are well known, and rightly so, for our extensive experience in the production of circular knitted fabrics. Our installed capacity of over 400 tons per month means we can guarantee both high quality and speed in the development of trends. We create knitted fabrics of a superior quality and complexity for our clients' collections and we are always on the lookout for new materials, techniques and finishes.
